Welcome to WYS Lacrosse's home on the web!

The Arapahoe Youth League (AYL) is the Premier Competitive Youth Sports League in the Denver Metro area. We offer competitive league play for all levels of talent from age 6  until high school.  Warriors Youth Sports is a member club of the AYL.  For nearly 50 years Warriors Youth Sports has provided the community with the best in youth sports.

Information, news, schedules, rosters and game results will all be available at the Warriors' lacrosse web site. Check back frequently for the latest news on registration and lacrosse training at the Warriors Field House.

As we get ready to start the season, we wanted to send a few reminders to everyone:

  • Every player needs full equipment to participate.  This includes a helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, a cup, a mouthguard (not clear or white), cleats and a stick.  We recommend all players keep an extra mouthguard in their bag for every game.

  • Every player needs their full uniform at every game.  The shooter shirt is to be worn under the pads, the jersey should be worn over their pads.

As Directors, we will be at as many games as we can, we strongly believe we have the best families in all of the league and are excited to come cheer on your players with you!

If you would like to see your game photos on Facebook or our website, please send them

Just a few final reminders to keep in mind throughout the season:

  • Practice good sportsmanship at all times.  Cheer for your child and their team, we even love to hear you cheer for the other team if they have a great play or great save,  but please do not coach from the sideline or cheer against a player.

  • Please remember the 24-hour rule.  If you have a problem, complaint or game concern, please wait 24 hours before addressing your coach.

  • Please bring any concerns or suggestions to the Director after speaking to your coach (after waiting 24 hours), when sending an email please include your player's name and coach.

  • Please remember, all coaches and directors are volunteers, they do not get paid.  Please treat coaches, parents, and players from both teams in a respectful manner.

  • Please do not yell at officials.  Bring any concerns to your head coach 24 hours after your game.  Keep in mind yelling at an official will only hurt your team.

  • Please clean up ALL trash, spills, and belongings before you leave.

  • Please supervise any children or pets that you bring along to games.

We are extremely excited to start the season and can’t wait to see you on the field!
